Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and a bank. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Area:
The family room benefits from having a luxury reclining curved leather sofa, great viewing for the fantastic 42” Plasma TV with cable and DVD player. As the center of the house and hub of entertainment, this is a perfect setting to relax after a hard day at the theme parks.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are also provided. A separate utility room is fitted with washer and dryer.
Master Bedrooms:
The master suite has a four-poster King sized bed with matching furniture and benefits from a large 32’ TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large tub, separate double shower, double vanity basins and a huge walk in closet providing plenty of storage space.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd bedroom is located downstairs adjacent to the downstairs bathroom and benefits from a Queen sized bed. There is also a flat screen TV mounted on the wall for your further pleasure.
Two additional twin bedrooms provide for individual comfort and one is themed around Mickey Mouse. A cot and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The east facing pool and garden provide every opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool is fully enclosed, heated upon request and illuminated for your enjoyment, and provides a secure environment for the children to play. Poolside sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite.
