Description:
This grand villa is located on a corner plot in Mariner Cay, the final phase of Southern Dunes and is a marvelous example of how important the choice of where you stay can make or break your vacation. This privately owned luxury two-storey house backs on to the golf course and can accommodate up to 12 people!
Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
The first living area in the front of the house is a great place to relax with a book or sit comfortably at your laptop computer. The second family room provides instant access to the open plan kitchen and through giant sliding doors to the decking area and pool. It features exquisite fixtures, television, and DVD player for your entertainment.
Kitchen Area:
The large kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. It has a center island and kitchen table for extra storage and worktop space. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. A separate utility room off the family area is available equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom is also situated off the family room and is a very large, very comfortable place to retire. Solid dark wood furnishings, a queen sized bed and separate television unit give the room a certain elegance. The large walk-in closet provides ample storage space. The extensive en-suite bathroom is hugely accommodating with a large corner bath tub and enclosed glass/tile shower.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd Bedroom also has an en-suite and sports a full (double) bed, television and a second walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom also offers a full bed and television and good closet space. This villa then benefits from a further three bedrooms perfectly set up to accommodate extra members of a party with twin beds in all. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The East facing pool encompasses a spa, dining suite and extra sun beds. Backing on to the golf course in the corner lot this villa gives you more than adequate privacy. The surrounding pool cage keeps insects out and a barrier is erected in front of the water to compensate for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.
