Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mail is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is home to a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
The living room looks out onto the pool area is certainly the heart of the house with the master bedroom off to one side and the entry to the hall and other bedrooms/bathroom on the other. The new suite is very comfortable and the room includes a television, dvd player and x-box along with games to entertain away from the sunshine.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen has all necessary appliances, with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is a kitchen table for breakfasts and small meals. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. Washer and Dryer are located in the utility room between the kitchen and garage.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom has a new queen size bed and cable television. You have an en-suite bathroom with a double shower and towel cupboard as well as access to the large walk in closet.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd Bedroom has another queen bed and includes a television and dvd player. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms incorporate two sets of twin beds for extra guests. All bedrooms have closet space available in each. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The pool area backs onto the course has also had work done and the pool itself has recently been re-surfaced and looks great with the tropical decorations. The surrounding pool cage keeps insects out and a safety barrier is put up for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.
