This privately owned villa located on Southern Dunes Boulevard is a great place to bring the family or friends for your Florida vacation. Sleeping up to 10 people and with a South facing aspect to the rear with pool and a games room with ping-pong, this is a very comfortable and well equipped villa.
Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course, which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
The living area looks out onto the pool and deck and includes a television, DVD player and x-box computer with games and two controllers. The dining suite is also located in this open plan area with a sofa that doubles as a queen sized bed when necessary.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen has every appliance to suit your requirements, with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A small kitchen table and chairs is available for breakfast and small meals. All essential crockery, cutlery, glaswware,pots and pans are provided. Washer and Dryer for all your laundry needs are in the garage.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom is very comfortable with a queen size bed and walk in closet large enough for all your luggage. Sliding doors to the pool area make for a second access point and the en-suite bathroom also offers a door onto the pool deck for your convenience. The bedroom comes with cable tv as well.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd Bedroom also has an en-suite with a queen bed and includes a television and closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms offer extra sleeping accommodation with two sets of twin beds and more closet space. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The South facing pool boasts dining furniture and a barbecue for your use. The property backs on to a large open area of lawn. There is a pool cage that keeps insects out and a safety barrier for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house. The games room is equipped with a pool and ping-pong table and a ceiling and standing fan to keep you cool.
