Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and banks. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Areas:
Two living areas give everybody plenty of breathing space once inside. The villa is very accommodating and sleeps up to 10 people with the sofa bed in the family area. This area also includes the open plan kitchen whilst access to the pool is through sliding glass patio doors at the rear.
Kitchen Area:
The large kitchen has appliances geared to every requirement, with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, kettle, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A kitchen table and chairs provides plenty of space for light meals and sits between the living area and kitchen. All essential crockery, pots, pans, glassware, cutlery and utensils are provided. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your use are located in the garage.
Master Bedroom:
The queen size bed and quality, stylish furnishings make the master bedroom very comfortable. Views onto the pool and a huge en-suite bathroom complete the setting. The bathroom includes a large shower and separate corner bathtub and access to a roomy walk in closet.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom and full sized bed, closet space and is located towards the front of the house away from the living areas. The 3rd bedroom also has a further full sized bed and finally the 4th bedroom equally as comfortable and can accommodate two people with twin beds. A baby crib and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
Situated on a corner lot the pool area gives you a fabulous view of the golf course without being overlooked. The decking area has more space than you need for sunbathing, dining and pool access. The shaded area especially for outside meals, is protected from the bugs via the pool screen enclosure. A safety barrier is put up around the pool for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.
