Within walking distance from the villa are 24-hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and a bank. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course which is rated in the top 100 courses in the US and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.
Living Area:
The downstairs area is tastefully furnished with two sofas, one which converts to a bed, tv and dvd player, side table and coffee table. The dining area offers settings for six people and there is a closet for storage and stairs leading to the second floor. There is also a half bathroom and door leading onto the pool deck.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are also provided. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is also provided.
Master Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with matching furniture and tv and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a closet providing plenty of storage space.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with dresser and nightstand whilst the third bedroom offers twin beds.
Pool Area:
There is a private pool with patio furniture for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool is fully enclosed, heated upon request and illuminated for your enjoyment, and provides a secure environment for the children to play. Poolside sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite.
