The living area is tastefully furnished with two sofas, one of which converts to a bed, ceiling fan, cable tv and dvd player and telephone.The formal dining area offers seating for six and opens out onto the South facing pool deck via sliding patio doors.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are also provided. Other appliances include coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, blender and electric hand mixer. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the garage.
Master Bedrooms:
The master suite has a queen sized bed, full sized dresser with nightstands, cable tv and dvd player. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer and there is a separate walk in closet.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed with dresser and nightstands, cd player and closet. The third bedroom has twin beds, dresser and closet. A cot and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The South facing pool overlooking the golf course provides every opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool is fully enclosed, heated upon request and illuminated for your enjoyment, and provides a secure environment for the children to play. Poolside sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite.
