Description:
Privately owned villa located in Lindfields, on US 192 just 4 miles from Walt Disney World, a superb location for both attractions and shopping. Lindfields is a quiet residential development with a mixture of residential and holiday properties, set amongst wooded areas and small lakes and ponds with a feeling of space and tranquility.
Living Areas:
The villa benefits from having two separate lounge areas. A large satellite TV provides entertainment for everyone in the family room, supported by DVD and Hi-FI systems, whilst peace and quiet can be found in the second spacious lounge. Both the lounge and family rooms each have king-size sofa beds giving a maximum sleeping capacity of 12 guests.
Kitchen Area:
The breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen and there is an informal breakfast suite in the nook. In addition, a beautiful dining area compliments this home. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Crockery, pots and pans are also provided. A separate utility room provides for all your washing and drying needs.
Master Bedroom:
The Master suite has a large King size bed, with maple furnishings. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large tub, separate double shower, double vanity basins and a huge "walk in closet" providing plenty of storage space.
Other Bedrooms:
A further queen size bedroom with light oak furnishings is situated alongside the second bathroom, which has full facilities of a bath, shower and vanity unit.
Two additional twin bedrooms provide for individual comfort and one is themed around Mickey Mouse. A cot and high chair are also provided for younger guests.
Pool Area:
The south-facing pool and garden provides every opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool is fully enclosed, heated upon request and illuminated for your enjoyment, and provides a secure environment for the children to play. Poolside sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite.
