Description:
Living Areas:
The living room as you walk in to this home is very tasteful and wonderfully quiet, a great spot away from the rest of the house. The second looks out onto the pool area and is just forward of the kitchen. Leather sofas, cable TV, and internet are all features. Access to the bedrooms and pool make this luxurious space the heart of the house.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen has all necessary appliances, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is plenty of room to accommodate a kitchen table for breakfasts and small meals. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. Washer and Dryer are located in the utility room between the kitchen and garage. The sophisticated dining suite is separate to this area and allows for formal meals.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and cable television. A large baby crib is also provided. The en-suite bathroom with a double shower and corner tub has a towel cupboard as well as access to the large walk in closet.
Other Bedrooms:
The 2nd Bedroom has a grand queen bed and closet space to spare. The house will sleep up to 8 with two more twin rooms featuring 4 single beds. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom and have a second towel closet as well as their closet space.
Pool Area:
The large deck area and pool get a lot of sun but you can choose between that and the shaded area nearer the house. The barbecue is ready to use and pool heating is optional. A light for night time swimming illuminates both deck and pool water. The surrounding bug screen keeps all insects at bay throughout the day.
