Living Areas:
There are two living areas with plentiful space for up to 10 guests. Situated either side of the kitchen they are very inviting lounge/family areas. The room over looking the pool includes a television and DVD player to for everybody's enjoyment.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is very open and accessible. All requirements will be met, with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A kitchen table and chairs are available for breakfast and small meals. All essential crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. Washer and Dryer for guests use, are located in the garage.
Master Bedroom:
The Master Bedroom is comfortable, with a queen size bed and cable television. There is a window which looks out onto the pool area and a generous en-suite bathroom with corner tub and double shower. A walk in closet as well spacious enough for both his and hers attire.
Other Bedrooms:
There is a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom in this villa with a full bed and a closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two sets of twin beds and more closet space. The 3rd bathroom includes a bathtub and shower. A baby crib and high chair are also available for younger guests.
Pool Area:
This west facing pool and deck includes dining furniture in a round table and four chairs and sunbeds for absorbing the gorgeous Florida sun. The surrounding pool cage keeps out all the bugs and a safety barrier is a preventative requirement for young children. Pool heat is available on request and a pool light is operational from inside the house.
