Delightful three bedroom two and half bathrooms townhouse in a secluded gated community ideally situated in Kissimmee off US 192 and only 10 minutes away from the theme parks. Sleeping up to 8 people this property makes an excellent base from which to explore all that is fun in Orlando.
This townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, linens, crockery and cutlery to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. Club Cortile benefits from it’s own heated swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness room and theater. It has a dedicated wi-fi room in addition to the wi-fi area around the pool itself
Living Area:
The open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch a flat screen LCD TV or a DVD or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened porch with table and chairs overlooking the tennis courts. The comfortable sofa converts into a third double bed. There is also a separate dining area for family meals.
Kitchen Area:
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer.
Master Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a large king size bed with matching wood nightstand and dresser and closet with mirrored doors providing ample storage space. TV and DVD also provided along with an en-suite bathroom with tub and separate screened shower cubicle.
Other Bedrooms:
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Each room has closets with mirrored doors for storage and utilize the second bathroom which has tub with shower over.
Leisure areas:
The luxurious heated resort pool with it’s generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis court on the other. Inside the clubhouse is the fitness room, wi-fi room and mini theater which shows a range of films for children.
